User experience encompasses all aspects of the end-users interaction with the company, its services, and its products (definition by Nielsen Norman Group)

User experience is a team effort

User research provides you with methods to find user needs and expectations. UX without user research is not UX.

• Qualitative (Why? Minimum of 5 users)

• Quantitative (How many? Minimum of 80 users)
